I have been asked to design folding rigs for a new catamaran project. The requirement is for automated rigs that can be raised and lowered at the press of a button. For safety, it will also be necessary to have a manual override in case of failure of the electrical system. Another primary aim of this project is to incorporate renewable materials wherever possible. Here is a short video to show the stage reached so far:

 

I am particularly looking for help in programming the different actuators and locks required for this rig!
